Membership ID Cards, for enrolled members only. Friendly reminder, ID cards may only be ordered by a Lipan Apache Band of Texas citizens with status showing currently "Enrolled" and or a issued CERTIFICATION OF TRIBAL ENROLLMENT certificate. If your application on file cannot be verified, is missing information or incomplete, your ID card may be delayed or will not be issued until your application is resolved. Please contact Anita Anya Enrollment Committee Officer about enrollment issues and/or resolutions to your application as I do not have that information in order to help you. If you have an old Lipan Apache ID (Lipan Apache Band of Texas) and would like to replace your card for free send a self addressed envelope along with your old card (your card will not be processed until I receive your old card) and I will issue the new replacement card. The Fee For new issue and to send each card(s) to your current address on file we will need a processing fee of $15. If you have moved please advise of new address. Important Requirements We need your most current photo to use for your ID card. A picture file is preferred and can be sent by way of email to: aaron3774@yahoo.com Most picture file formats and sizes will be accepted for example: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, etc.. or take a picture and mail your picture to the address below. Also please send me a copy of the enrollment form sent to you by the Enrollment Officer to verify the enrollment number issued. Picture Requirements:  1. The background MUST BE WHITE with no objects in the background.  2. The photo must have good lighting without shadows. Most photos taken by cell phones are OK and can be text to me, ask me for my number.  3. It should be a front view of your full face (filling at least 80% of the frame) centered in the frame starting a couple of inches above your head to just below your shoulders.  4. Your eyes need to be open and visible and if you wear eyeglasses there cannot be any glare (we want to see your beautiful eyes.) No sunglasses.
